When your home deserves more than a quick once-over
Deep cleaning tackles what routine upkeep leaves behind: nooks, limescale, ingrained marks, the inside of cupboards. We reset everything, room by room. Three moments set it off almost every time: a home being emptied or opened to new occupants, a house found again after months behind closed shutters, and the tidy-up before viewings or after a party.

After a move out, before a move in
An empty home does not clean like a lived-in one: everything shows at once. The inside of cupboards and kitchen units, the oven and the hood, the marks left by furniture and picture frames, the skirting boards, the switches, limescale in the bathrooms and the joints, floors stripped and then protected again, the smell of a place left closed, the balcony or the cellar you discover at the last minute. We work on both sides of a move: the home you are leaving, before the outgoing inventory, and the one you are moving into, before the boxes arrive. If you are not there, the keys can be collected from the agency or the notary, and the photos reach you once the work is done. For a property let out between two tenants, the rental handover clean applies instead. Our usual ground: the Albertville basin and the lower Tarentaise along the Isère, Albertville, Gilly-sur-Isère, Tours-en-Savoie, La Bâthie, Cevins, and Ugine where our base is.

Spring deep clean and coming back after a long absence
A house that has spent the winter closed does not ask for the same work as a home lived in all year. On your return there is the fine dust settled everywhere, corners marked by damp, sometimes a film of mould behind a piece of furniture, insects that came in through a vent, bedding to take out and air, limescale set hard in the kitchen and the bathrooms, inside windows and bay doors clouded by spring rain. In autumn the work is the opposite: the house is left clean, empty and dry, fridge open, bathrooms treated, before the shutters close again. Many owners ask for this visit just before the family arrives, or after a summer when the house was used by relatives. This is how we work in the val d'Arly, in Crest-Voland, Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe and Flumet, and on the south shore of Lake Annecy, in Doussard, Lathuile and Talloires.

Before a sale, before the photos, after a party
A home going on the market is judged on details you stop seeing once you live there: a grey pane in the listing photos, a stained shower joint, a dull hob, a floor that no longer returns the light. We prepare the property before the photographer and before the viewings, room by room, terrace and glazed surfaces included, since those are what make the first impression. The morning after a family party the work is shorter but more pressing: kitchen, floors, bathrooms, glass rings and finger marks all over the place. When it helps, we add an ecological disinfection of contact surfaces, handles, switches, worktops and bathrooms, with certified products: after an illness in the house, or before the family moves back into the rooms.

What private clients ask us before a move, before opening a house, or before putting one on the market.
A fixed price, set before the visit: the work depends on the floor area, the real state of the home and what is left to empty. A few photos of the rooms, or a quick look when the home is nearby, are enough to build a firm proposal. You get it within 24h, and travel is not charged inside our area.
Regular cleaning maintains what is already clean, at a steady rhythm. A deep clean is a one-off and goes after what upkeep never touches: the inside of furniture, old limescale, floors, windows, corners. A handover clean concerns a home let out between two occupants, or a home coming out of building work: those are two other pages on this site, with their own requirements.
Emptied cupboards give a far better result: we then clean the inside of the furniture, which is one of the points of a deep clean. You do not need to be present. Many clients leave us the keys, sometimes through an agency or a neighbour, and receive a photo report at the end.
Yes, it is the most common ground for this kind of request. From Ugine, Albertville is ten minutes away and La Bâthie twenty, passing through Gilly-sur-Isère and Tours-en-Savoie. An emptied home is handled before the outgoing inventory or before the boxes arrive, and the date follows the removal van rather than our own calendar.
Yes for a private client in their own home, main residence or second home alike: half the invoice is covered, within the annual ceiling set by law. Services linked to letting are excluded: a landlord putting a home back in order between two tenants is not entitled to it.
Yes, an ecological disinfection of contact surfaces with certified products: handles, switches, worktops, bathrooms. It comes on top of the deep clean, it does not replace it. We do not, however, handle cleaning after major damage, house clearance or unsanitary properties: those are other trades, with other equipment.
We start by opening up and airing, then we deal with the dust settled on every surface, the damp marks and light mould in the corners, the bedding, the kitchen and the bathrooms scaled by standing water, and the inside of the windows. If something has to be decided on the spot we call you, and the photos reach you before you arrive.
