The Val d'Arly links Ugine to Megève and carries our Saturday rounds to the resorts. From Flumet to La Giettaz, the valley mixes family chalets, second homes, gîtes and village shops: every commune has its own character, and none is too small to be served. One local team, the same standard from the valley floor to the slopes.

The valley floor: villages, gîtes and shops
Flumet is the valley's central village, where the shops, residences and gîtes gather. Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle scatters its hamlets above the Arly, La Giettaz keeps its renovated alpine chalets on the road to the Col des Aravis, and Praz-sur-Arly opens the Haute-Savoie side, at the gates of Megève.

From Flumet to La Giettaz, the same rule for your house
In the valley, our private clients often have a family house or a second home they use themselves, next to gîtes and chalets let by the week. For your house, and for French tax residents, cleaning, windows and the start-of-season deep clean qualify for the tax credit, and the immediate advance takes half the invoice off at home when you pay. Gîtes, lets and village shops are invoiced the standard way.
