After works or a renovation for private owners, before handover for developers, contractors and project managers: we remove dust, residue and every trace of the building site and hand back a home that is ready to live in or ready to deliver, on the agreed date.
The end of a building project is a job of its own: fine plaster dust, paint and glue residue, protective films, labels, light rubble. Our team comes properly equipped and delivers a spotless space, from a renovated studio in Albertville to a new-build programme in a ski resort. In the mountains the calendar is tight: works run from May to November and handovers fall before the December opening. We plan the cleaning backwards from your delivery date, with a team sized to the floor area.
Our base is 10 minutes from Albertville at the foot of the Val d'Arly: valley sites are on our daily route, resort sites join our Tarentaise and Mont-Blanc rounds.
A new-build programme is cleaned in two passes, not one: a fine clean after the finishing trades (plaster, paint, floors, joinery) and the removal of protections, then the handover clean one or two days before the keys are handed over or the pre-delivery inspection. The rough clean after the structural works is not part of our scope: it stays with the site contractors. Units, common areas, ski lockers and cellars are done in the same pass, under a single contact, with a report per unit. Light rubble, films and cardboard are gathered on site; removing heavy rubble stays with the site contractor.

After the painter, the floor layer and the joiner have gone, the thin film of dust that ruins a handover is still there. We take the chalet last: beams and high surfaces dusted, windows and glass walls washed with pure water up to 12 m by pole, new floors treated without scratching, ski room, sauna and cellar included. In Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Megève or Les Saisies we come up within your delivery window, winter and summer, so the owner discovers a chalet, not a building site.

Fine plaster and sanding dust on every surface: floors, ceilings, skirting, ducts and radiators, in several passes if the site requires it.
Windows, frames, railings and joinery cleared of labels, splashes and silicone marks, with pure water.
Removal of paint, glue and cement residue, protective films taken off, light rubble gathered on site.
Parquet, stone, tiles and laminate cleaned with the right product for each material, no scratches, no film.
Kitchen, bathrooms and cupboards disinfected, the unit aired and checked room by room: ready for the keys or the move-in inspection.

We set ourselves on your delivery date and we hold it, even when the site has run late upstream.
Two people for an apartment, a full crew for a residence: the pass fits the slot.

A level of finish worthy of the project delivered, checked room by room before we leave.

FAQ
Lead times, passes, rubble, invoicing: what developers, tradespeople and private owners ask us.
One day with two people for a standard fine clean, more if the floors are protected and there is a lot of glazing. On a full programme we quote per unit and split the team by building to hold the date.
Yes, two when the site calls for it: a fine clean after the finishing trades, then the handover clean one or two days before the keys. We do not do the rough clean after the structural works, which stays with the site contractors. A single pass is enough for an apartment renovation.
We gather light rubble, films, cardboard and labels on site, in your skips or bags. Removing heavy rubble and building waste stays with the contractor or the client.
Water, electricity and access to the units. The rest, vacuums, equipment and products suited to new materials, we bring.
Yes, it is the most common pass: we clean the day before or two days before, you do the inspection in a clean unit, and we come back for touch-ups if the trades return.
By quote, on floor area and number of passes, per unit or per building for a programme. Quote within 24h from the address, the areas and the delivery date, no site visit needed for a standard job.
Yes: Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Les Arcs, La Plagne, Megève, Les Saisies and the Val d'Arly are on our rounds. High-altitude works fit into the summer window: we plan November handovers from September.
