Windows, bay windows and surfaces without a single streak, inside and out. To fully enjoy the light and the view.
Spotless windows change everything: more light, a clear view, an immediate sense of cleanliness. We work at height and at ground level, on all types of glazing. Our team sets out from Ugine and covers Savoie and Haute-Savoie: the Albertville basin, the Lake Annecy shoreline, the Val d'Arly and the ski resorts, from Courchevel to Megève.
A full visit to a private home covers both sides on the same day: the outside first, then the inside, then the frames, the rails of sliding bays and the sills, where the valley dust settles first. On the slopes of the Albertville and Ugine basin, the conservatory needs its own treatment: glazing that lies almost flat holds on to lime-tree sap, May pollen and pine needles in the corners, and it only turns clear again after a wash from above followed by a rinse with nothing harsh for the seals. The most common rhythm is two visits a year, after the pollen and before winter, with an extra one for houses along a road. At home, this cleaning counts as a service à la personne: a private client pays only half the invoice, the other half being covered by the tax credit, within the annual ceiling set by law. One limit to know: services linked to letting are excluded.

In a resort, windows get dirty faster than down in the valley: inside, the condensation of the season, fingerprints on the living-room bays and the film left by the stove; outside, the salt thrown up by snow clearing, then the June pollen once the snow has gone. So we plan two visits a year, one after the spring closing, the other in autumn before the opening, and we take everything that can be washed at standing height and from the balcony: living-room bays, bedroom windows, French windows, frames and rails, not forgetting the small panes of old chalets, done pane by pane. The owner is rarely there: we arrange the keys with your agency, your concierge or a neighbour, and you receive photos of every room the same day.

By the lake, the outside of the glass takes on a whitish film within a few weeks: the morning mist dries on it, the May plane-tree pollen sticks to it, and summer midges end up on the large sliding bays that face the water. We wash those bays on both sides, empty and wipe their rails, and do every balcony or terrace balustrade on both faces, because a balustrade that is clean on one side only shows as soon as the sun moves round. Many of these houses are closed part of the year: we agree on a visit before the summer season and a second one in autumn, with access through the garden when nobody is there, and we send you the result in photos.

FAQ
Who it is for, inside and outside, rhythm, method, tax credit, shops, area and preparation: what people ask us before a first visit.
First for private clients, at home, in a house or an apartment: that is where the tax credit applies. For owners of chalets and apartments in the resorts, who hand us the keys between two seasons. For shops, offices and practices, for shopfronts and glazed doors. Glass façades of office and residential buildings have their own page, dedicated to façades.
Yes, and that is the most common case for a private client: the outside first, then the inside, then the frames, the rails of sliding windows and the sills. If you only want the outside, for a closed house for example, we do that too, from the garden, without going in.
The result is the same, only the organisation changes. For a one-off visit, you call us when the windows need it, often in spring and before the holidays. For regular upkeep, we set a rhythm together, two to four visits a year for a house depending on exposure, more often for a shopfront, and we come back without you having to think about it. The contract carries no commitment: you pause or stop it when your needs change.
Indoors, a well-handled squeegee and a neutral product are enough: streaks come from a loaded cloth or from glass left half-dry. Outdoors, we rinse with demineralised water, which dries without leaving minerals on the glass; that is what keeps the glazing clear for several weeks after the visit, even when it is exposed to rain.
Cleaning windows at a private client's home is one of the services à la personne; business premises are not included and services linked to letting are excluded. At home, you therefore pay only half the invoice, the other half being covered by the tax credit, within the annual ceiling set by law.
Yes, before opening or outside customer hours, so the shop stays open. Shopfronts, automatic doors, glass partitions and the mirrors of a salon or a practice are part of an office and shop cleaning contract, one-off or on a fixed rhythm.
In Savoie and Haute-Savoie, from Ugine, within roughly an hour's drive. Each area where we work has its own page, reachable from the bands above; for an address outside them, ask us, we reply within 24 hours.
Very little: clear the sills and anything standing against the windows, open the shutters, and leave us access to the outside, with a tap if possible. You do not need to be there for the outside; for the inside, we agree on a time slot or a key handover.
Tell us what you need in a few words. We'll get back to you with a clear, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.
