Window cleaning in Courchevel

Window cleaning in Courchevel: XXL bays, chalets and residences

In Courchevel, glass takes up half the wall and the view behind it is worth all the rest: a single smear shows from the doorway. We wash your glazing with pure water, inside and out, from La Tania up to 1850.

A resort you look at through glass

A double-height living room open onto the Saulire, a fully glazed gable, a roof light above the stairs: the architecture of the resort is built on glass, and glass is what gets dirty fastest at altitude. March sun bakes the snow spray on, grit from the ploughs marks the foot of the bays, dust from a building site next door settles on the chalet beside it, pine resin sticks to the frames in Le Praz and La Tania. We drive up from Ugine through Albertville and Moûtiers, with pure water and poles, so that the glass does what it is expected to do here: disappear.

Window cleaning in Courchevel: what we do

Window cleaning in Courchevel: what we do

XXL bay windows & double-height rooms

Glazing three metres high, often more: squeegee by hand at the bottom, pole above, without marking the timber frames or the seals.

Windows at height

Fully glazed gables, stairwell roof lights, windows you cannot reach from inside: the pure-water pole rises to 12 m, with no lift parked in a snowed-in street.

Glazing after building work

A chalet handed over, an off-season renovation: we lift adhesive residue, paint spray and the film of plaster that glass keeps long after the site has closed.

Shop windows in 1850

Boutiques, estate agents, restaurants: we come early in the morning or after closing, so the shopfront is clear when the street comes alive.

Concierge services, agencies and managers

Looking after several properties in the resort? We work as a subcontractor, on your dates and your level of finish, with no commission taken on your rentals.

The resort's calendar

Windows washed before the December opening, a second pass between the February changeovers, a big round in spring once the balconies thaw: the dates follow your season.

Solar panels

Photovoltaic and thermal panels on recent chalets: a pure-water rinse, nothing abrasive, once the snow has gone.

Facades & timber cladding

Cladding turns grey on the south side and takes on dust from the road: gentle low-pressure washing extends the life of the wood.

What we commit to on your glazing

Pure water rather than product

Demineralised water and a rinse that dries on its own: nothing runs down the wood or the stone, and the glass stays clear for longer.

Everything from the ground

No lift to bring up to the resort, no scaffolding to build in the snow: the pole does the job within the morning.

On your slot

Quote within 24h and work 7 days a week in season, between two rentals or while the chalet is empty.

Private clients, in your own home

Your chalet in Courchevel qualifies for the tax credit

A second home counts just as much as a main home: if you use the chalet yourself, window cleaning there qualifies for the 50%. The line is drawn at renting: as soon as the property is let, the work tied to that activity falls outside the scheme.

  • The Urssaf takes half the invoice, so you never front the rest.
  • Valid in your main home and in your second home alike.
  • A credit, not a deduction: you receive it even if you pay no income tax.

-50%

of your invoice, taken off at the moment you pay.

How it works

For private clients only, for work carried out in your own home, up to the annual ceiling. Under article 199 sexdecies of the French tax code.

FAQ

Windows in Courchevel: your questions

The questions owners and property managers in the resort ask us most often.

  • Yes. Our carbon-fibre poles fed with pure water reach 12 m from the ground, the terrace or the garden: window cleaning at height is then done without scaffolding and without blocking the street in front of the chalet. Above that height, we say so before the quote rather than after.

  • Yes, as a cleaning subcontractor. You set the dates and the level of finish expected, we come with your keys or the concierge's and confirm every visit. No percentage is taken on your rentals: you pay for the window cleaned.

  • The right moment is between mid-November and the December opening: the summer dust has settled, the off-season works are over and the chalet is still empty. A second pass between the February changeovers keeps the bays clear through the busiest weeks, and a spring clean removes what winter left behind.

  • Yes: stairwells, glazed lobbies, glass balustrades and the windows of common areas are handled in one visit planned with the managing agent. Occupied units are taken separately, by appointment with each owner.

  • Two or three visits a year are enough for most chalets, more for properties rented all season or facing due south. The outside is done with nobody on site; for the inside, a key left with your manager or an early-morning appointment is enough.

  • It follows how the property is used. Work done for your own occupation qualifies for the 50%, while work tied to the letting (cleaning between tenants, resetting after a stay) does not. In practice we invoice the two cases separately: through the cooperative when you are the occupant, and directly from our company when it concerns your rental activity.
