Les Saisies is our home resort: 30 minutes over the pass from Ugine, winter and summer. While you're in Lyon, Geneva or Paris, your guests leave at 10am and the next ones arrive at 5pm. We know that rhythm, the snow-front residences as well as the chalets towards Bisanne, and we set the whole season's schedule with you in advance. A cabin studio in a residence at the foot of the slopes or a family chalet in Bisanne 1500 or Hauteluce: apartment cleaning and chalet cleaning in Les Saisies follow the same checklist, with the visit time planned for each property.
Our base is 30 minutes from Les Saisies: no long drive, no surprise travel fees, and a team that climbs the pass in February as readily as on an August Saturday.
In Les Saisies, most rentals are residence apartments at the foot of the slopes: a cabin studio with its bunk corner, or a one or two-bedroom flat with a balcony facing Mont Blanc. Apartment cleaning here means a degreased kitchenette, a descaled shower room, bunk beds made up with your linen, a swept balcony and a checked ski locker. Chalet cleaning takes a different organisation: several floors, wood everywhere inside, a ski room and an entrance where snow melts all winter long, in Bisanne 1500, in Hauteluce or along the pass road. The resort is 30 minutes from our base: we handle both on the same Saturday in February, and again in summer, when mountain bikers and families take over from the cross-country skiers. We bring our own equipment and products, an absent team member is replaced, every visit is invoiced: no percentage taken on your bookings.

The visit is short but complete: kitchenette, shower room, floors, beds made up with your linen, balcony and inside of the windows, then a check before the next arrival. Several apartments in the same residence? We do them one after the other in the same visit.
We size the crew and the visit for a whole chalet, not a studio: bedrooms on several floors, bathrooms, kitchen, wooden living room, ski room and an entrance where the snow melts. We make the beds with your linen, we flag what is missing or worn, and a report goes out after each changeover. A chalet rented in summer follows the same schedule as in winter.
