Do you let an apartment in Chamonix or a chalet in Les Houches, Les Praz or Argentière? We prepare your Saturday changeovers, winter and summer, and you receive a written report the same day, whether you live in London, in Brussels or on the other side of the valley. A cleaning company, not a concierge service: your listing stays yours, with no commission.
The Chamonix valley stretches over twenty kilometres, from Servoz and Les Houches at the bottom up to Argentière, Le Tour and Vallorcine beyond the Col des Montets. In the centre and at Les Pèlerins, most homes are apartments in residences, let by the week in winter and often by the night in summer. In the hamlets, you find family chalets at Les Praz, Les Bossons or high above Les Houches. And unlike most ski resorts, the season does not end in April: from June to September, hikers, climbers and the big trail-running week at the end of August fill the valley as much as the snow does. So we run our changeovers across both seasons, with the same team and the same standard for a studio in the centre or a four-bedroom chalet in Argentière.
Our teams leave Ugine and enter the valley through Servoz and Les Houches: 1h05 on the road, then a round organised within the valley itself, several homes grouped between Les Houches and Argentière. No office on site, no cleaner placed by the day: a team that arrives, does the changeover, checks and leaves with your report.
Apartment cleaning in Chamonix usually means a one-bedroom flat in a residence in the centre, at Les Pèlerins or in Argentière, with a shared ski locker and guests who sometimes turn over twice a week in summer. Chalet cleaning plays out over several floors at Les Praz, Les Bossons or Les Houches: ski room, wood stove, glass walls facing the Aiguilles. Either way, the same method: a fixed team that knows your home, a room-by-room checklist, beds made with your own linen, kitchen and bathrooms brought back to hotel standard, and a written report with photos sent before the next arrival.

Your guests change with the season, your team does not: the same people know your home from December to September.
We do not manage your listing and we take nothing from your income: you pay for a cleaning service, nothing else.

Photos, points to watch and small repairs to plan, sent the same day in French or English.
Driving time from the centre of Chamonix, outside peak Saturdays.
Is your home at Taconnaz, Le Lavancher or Les Tines? Tell us the hamlet: the round covers the valley from end to end.
FAQ
Owners abroad, gridlocked Saturdays, a full summer: the questions that keep coming up in the valley.
You give us a set of keys or the code to a key safe, and you share your booking schedule. We plan the changeovers from that schedule, we let you know the day before each visit and you receive the report with photos the same day. You remain your guests' only contact: we manage neither the listing nor the check-ins.
We enter the valley early in the morning, ahead of the departure traffic, and we group the homes on a single round from Les Houches to Argentière. Visit times are set with you the week before, based on when your guests leave and when the next ones arrive. During school holidays we deliberately cap the number of homes per round so that every changeover is finished on time.
Yes, and often on weekdays: summer stays are shorter, between two and five nights, and the trail-running week at the end of August fills the valley from Monday to Sunday. We adapt the rounds to that rhythm, with the same people as in winter.
Yes, it is actually most of our changeovers in Chamonix. A small apartment is prepared with the same care as a chalet: bedding, bathroom, kitchenette, windows, ski locker if you have one. The size of the home changes how long the visit takes, not the checklist.
Argentière, Le Tour and Montroc are part of the normal round. Vallorcine lies beyond the Col des Montets: we work there when the pass is open, and we agree with you in advance on a solution for the winter closures.
Because they are two different trades. A concierge service manages your listing, your guests and your income, usually for a percentage. We do the cleaning, and only the cleaning, and we bill it as a service: you keep control of your listing, your rental terms and your calendar. Many owners in the valley who let directly combine the two, or do without a concierge altogether.
We use your linen and make the beds at every changeover. We do not supply hotel linen and we do not wash it: most owners keep two full sets and a laundry circuit, and our report tells you what is missing or wearing out.
Tell us what you need in a few words. We'll get back to you with a clear, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.
