Lakeside villa bays, hotel façades and balconies, glazed office strips: the pure-water pole reaches them up to 10 to 12 m while we stay on the ground. We come from Ugine to Aix-les-Bains on grouped days, when several lakeside addresses follow one another.
Aix-les-Bains lives facing the water. On the shores of Lake Bourget, from Tresserve to Brison-Saint-Innocent, villas open tall bays and glass balustrades onto the lake. In town, the spa resort lines up hotels, residences for spa guests and aparthotels. To the south, Technolac and Hexapôle add office buildings with long strips of glazing. Much of this is high-level glass: upper-floor windows, gables, transoms, glass roofs. To reach it we stay on the ground: a carbon-fibre pole, pure water, no cherry picker and no scaffolding; the inside is done by hand on the same visit. Our base is in Ugine, fifty-five minutes from Aix-les-Bains via Albertville and Chambéry, by motorway. We have no address on the lake: we set aside whole days there, announced in advance, when appointments follow one another.
On the shores of Lake Bourget, a house is designed for the view: sliding bays the full height of the living room, glass balustrades around the terrace, a glazed gable upstairs. That glass takes the damp air of the lake, pollen from the hillsides and the marks of shore birds; the evening light on the water shows every haze. The pole starts from the garden and reaches the upper floor with no ladder against the façade, and the water dries without rings. A single house? We come on a day when another address already waits for us at the lake.

Aix-les-Bains welcomes spa guests for much of the year and holidaymakers in summer: establishments in the centre, residences and aparthotels near the baths, guest houses facing the lake. Their glass is seen from the street as much as from the promenade: glass façades, balcony balustrades, reception halls, restaurant bays. Façades and balconies are washed with the pole from the pavement, before breakfast; lobbies and dining rooms by hand, before opening; in a residence, between two stays. No overnight stay on site, and kitchens stay outside our scope.

In Le Bourget-du-Lac, Technolac brings together a campus, laboratories and companies with long strips of glazing; in Méry, Hexapôle mixes business premises and offices. Upper-floor glazing is washed from the car park, before 8am or on Saturday, without blocking a single space. At the Grand Port, it is the fronts and glazed terraces of the restaurants, before service. Signs are cleaned in place, with no dismantling and no contact with their power supply. Inside a company, we take on offices, lobbies and toilets, never the workshops or production; regular office cleaning comes second, when several addresses share the day.

Upper-floor windows, gables, transoms and large bays, reached by the pole with no ladder and no machine.
Demineralised water: glass and frames dry with no limescale and no streaks.
Glazed terraces and balconies, conservatories, glass roofs: both sides when access allows.
Glass façades, canopies and signs of establishments and shops, cleaned in place, with no dismantling.
Offices, reception halls and glazed stairwells in the business parks, before staff arrive.
One visit before or after the spa season, or a fixed rhythm: quarterly, twice a year, before an event.

No machine to hire, no scaffolding: the pole reaches 10 to 12 m and the pavement stays clear.
Lakeside appointments follow one another on a day announced in advance, a single address included.

Establishments at daybreak, offices before 8am or on Saturday, shops before opening.

FAQ
Six questions about high-level windows that hoteliers, managers and owners ask us before a first visit.
Yes, because we do not come for a single window: we set aside whole days for the lake, fifty-five minutes of motorway via Chambéry, then addresses one after another, a residence at dawn, offices, a villa in the afternoon. A single house goes on the next lake day. We have neither premises nor staff on site, and we say so.
No. Up to 10 to 12 m above the ground, the telescopic pole is enough: it reaches the upper floor of a villa, the top of a glass lobby or the façade of a small building, with no machine to hire and no pavement to close. Beyond that, or if an obstacle is in the way, we write it on the quote.
Yes, without your guests seeing us: façades on the street and lake sides before breakfast, lobbies and dining rooms before opening, balcony balustrades with the pole. We do not stay overnight. The full wash of façades, glass roofs and lobbies is best planned off season.
No façade renovation and no moss treatment. No render and no wood cladding: we leave those to façade specialists. Nothing inside workshops or production areas. No taking down signs and no work on their power supply. Above 10 to 12 m, we refer you to a rope-access technician.
A shopfront or an office on a busy road: one visit a quarter. A lakeside villa: two washes a year, once the spring pollen has fallen, then ahead of winter. For the hotel trade, the rhythm follows the spa season: a big visit before opening, another after closing, and the shopfront touched up in between if the street is busy.
Send us the address, one or two photos taken from the street or the garden and, if you know it, how high the glass goes: the quote arrives within 24h, and if the building needs a look, we stop by on a lake day. Several addresses around the lake: a single quote.
